I offer yoga sessions
in three different formats:
Personal
yoga
sessions offer you the opportunity to experience yoga in a one-to-one setting
or with a small group of your friends.

Public classes allow you to meet others who enjoy
yoga. To see a current yoga class

I also offer many
different types of yoga sessions in the workplace.
The classes can range from a 10-minute break session, to a 30-minute
lunch session, or a complete 60-minute pre or post-work day class. This is a wonderful benefit you can provide
for your employees. Stress and burnout can affect the immune system and have been
linked to migraines, digestive disorders, skin diseases, high blood pressure
and heart disease. Depending on
your employees’ needs, I will design the class to focus on anything from
relaxation to increasing physical fitness.
